Justin_Workman Cireson Support Super IT Monkey ✭✭✭✭✭Can you check in the SCSM console under Configuration Items/Users and filter for that name? I'd be willing to bet you have 2 CIs. You might also check Administration/Deleted Items. It's possible one of them is deleted.5
