Exchange Connector
Please can anyone help me out with some links to troubleshoot Exchange connector issues. We have a hybrid setup and our Infrastructure engineer recently migrated an on-premise shared mailbox to O365 when the connector stopped working. He did roll back this by migrating the mailbox back on-premise however the problem is still there. Where do i even start troubleshooting this?

Try flushing your health service store and restarting the Management service, which will usually fix issues with Exchange Connectors. Sometimes it could also be on the Workflow account that is linked.
