Add new Website with own design and code into Portal Website

Hi,

is it possible to create a new site for example under customspace and link it to an Navigation Element in the portal site. Furthermore the new hmtl site have his own form and uses the kendoui elements from the portal.

We want to create a hwasset search site. The results should appear under the searchbar after the search is completed. Each Resultentry is listed in a table and on click event the user is forwarded to the hwasset details (own form) site.

is this scenario possible and how should we do this?

I hope someone has an idea how to do that?
