Bulk updates of HardwareAsset in the Portal

So in the console there is a task for updateing multiple HWA at once. This very useful if you say will retire a entire model and trigger a WF/RB to sen notifications or do other stuff in the background.
So my question is have any one a solution on how to do this in the portal like when you can update status on multiple WI at once. Any suggestions is apreciated as this would be of great value to our computer replacement process. THX

Hi Robert,
This isn't currently possible. It is being looked into right now but there are a number of considerations regarding performance. Bulk WI updates are limited to 10 at a time, and this is probably not going to be useful if you want to retire an entire model. The Portal will never be the most optimal way to bulk changes.
Instead, maybe you could look at using Asset Excel which was designed to be a very effective way to bulk update Asset records and would be perfect for the scenario you mentioned.
