Change Request Subscription - Send email to Assigned User

Hi,  I am curious to know if there is a way to setup a subscription so that when a change request review activity is approved by the reviewer(s), the "assigned to" user for the overall change request gets a notification.  I tried creating a subscription with the "Review Activity" as the base class, but I cannot get the lookup to work for the "assigned to" change request user.

    I believe using the 'Has Parent Work Item' relationship from the Review Activity class should get you what your wanting:
