Licenses not reading correct in analyst portal after update

Hi
Often when updating the cireson portal i have to re-apply the licensing information. the last time it happend was updating from 8.12.3 -> 9.0.3 i have been seeing this for three times and now i know what to look for but the first time this happened it was no fun until i found the cause. is this something someone else is experiencing or maybe it is my PROD env?. All ARO and the analytics where affected this time and they just not appear in the portal.
