Custom Columns at Service Requests

Hi I want to offer a Service in the Portal to request a new User Account. The Problem is, that there are'nt enough fields for matching. Has anyone ever added custom Fields in the SCSM and Can tell me how i Can publish them.

    You can add custom fields and I would be happy to explain how but, in the case their might be a better way. If you have a licence for Cireson Advanced Request Offering, you can Multi-Map all of your fields into one place.

    If not, there are other ways, are you going to automate the creation of the account once the information is gathered by the offering?
