New CMDB Portal greyed out
I updated the analyst portal to v9 and now when I want to use the CMDB Portal the web portal turn grey and the three dots appear and the portal will stay this way forever. How can I troubleshoot this?

I expect there is an error loading the page meaning that its never removing the loading mask.
Can you press F12 to get into the Browser Developer Tools Console and see if there are any errors.
Also, please confirm exactly which screen this is happening on.
