Allow "Related Articles" to be added to the Related Items on a KB Article

This is a major oversight in the design of the KB
Allow adding related articles in the related items on a KB article in addition to service offerings and service request offerings.
When displaying the article, and articles are related, add a "Related Articles" section to the page with a link to the related articles

    This is such a great (and to be honest obvious) idea, I can't really believe I didn't think of it myself!!!
