Send Mail: From Portal and CC Analyst + Bcc + DL support

We'd like to have 3 new settings/features Cireson Advanced Send Mail:

  1. Reply To: From Portal and CC Analyst. Now we can set From Analyst and CC Portal. When end-user gets e-mail comment and click 'Reply' instead of 'Reply to all' his reply is not delivered to portal and it's not tracked, only analyst gets reply.
  2. BCC recipient. We use 1 shared mailbox where goes as Bcc every e-mail sent from portal (we use Orchestrator to send all notifications). Our Service Desk can use it to easily check if e-mails were sent to users if they complain.
  3. ability to enter distribution groups when selecting recipients
