login issues with newly installed portal

Hello everyone! I have recently downloaded and installed the free self-service portal for SCSM, and am not able to login once the install has completed. Looking in the WebConeole.log, I have the following entries:

2019-07-10 09:59:23,376, ERROR [ 15]: Required Missing localization value for requested Key.

Is this in fact a free product, and I did not install it correctly? Or is there some kind of license that I need?

    Hi @IT_Monkey_MW

Anything to do with unable to retrieve license info is because you do not have those products installed so you can ignore those errors.

Although those localization key errors are interesting, does the login page load? How far do you get before you cannot go any further?

    Thanks,

    Shane.

I was able to get this resolved, by a complete reinstall. Thanks for the reply!
