Task to Allow Bi-lingual Analysts to Easily Flip Between Languages

Our environment requires both an English and a French Service Catalog. As some of our Service Desk Analysts are bi-lingual it would be helpful for them to switch back and forth between English/French within the portal to show the appropriate Service Catalog based upon the language preference of the user calling in. Has anyone done something similar to this with a task or does anyone have any other suggestions for tackling this type of request?
