Enter repetitive invoices in Asset Management automatically and at a fixed time


It would be important for us to enter repetitive invoices in Asset Management automatically and at a fixed time.

As an example a software rental which costs a monthly amount for two years and is invoiced.

We do not want to enter the total amount for two years as an invoice, but the respective monthly amount. This then forms the total amount for the duration of the contract. In addition a reminder when the respective invoice is to be settled.

Another example would be the monthly costs for the Internet Service Provider at one location.

    Just a thought but I think this could be accomplished by extending the class with some fields like

    • Cost Per Month
    • Contract Length
    • Day Of Payment

    and creating either a workflow of script that would run on a weekly/daily/monthly schedule that will look at those fields and do the calculation.
