Portal ticket Grooming

We have found we have tickets in the portal going back to 2017 in the DB. So we have some end users seeing tickets being listed and they get the standard 'failed' message when they click on them.

I raised this in a ticket with Cireson as we were having some performance issues. I was told it was a feature request rather than a bug, but the DB size will continue to grow in size, albeit slowly.

In an ideal world, it would be nice if the portal displayed the information it had instead of the failed message. So if the comments and the attachments are gone.....that's fine, but it would be good to display the other fields where data has been retained. If it has some text to explain what data is lost, that would be good for those that don't understand the tool.

It would be good to have some grooming options so the DB doesn't continue to grow, so there is some options to manage capacity in the long term. It would be ideal for admins to be able to configure this.
