Customizing incident quick create
Hi!
I have custom.js that filters assigned to field by analyst. This works great.
How can I customize incident quick create assigned to field to filter by analyst also? Now it shows end users as well...
I cannot seem to find the right customization options for this or I am just blind :P

Hi Jari,
The "quick create" option within the NEW drawer cannot be customized out-of-box, other than toggling it on/off. This filtering could likely be accomplished via some JavaScript, but it would take a bit of time. My team would be happy to help scope this work for you if it is a high priority. Otherwise, this would make for a great feature request right here in the Community!
As a quick alternative, you could pin a new Navigation Node Icon to the left-hand menu and have it take you to a new draft Incident form. The "Assigned To" can be filtered via the "Assigned to Analyst By Group" task on that form. This method would be a few clicks quicker than the "NEW" button method, and you have a bit more freedom in customizing the core Incident form.
Thanks,
Nick

@Nicholas_Velich Thank you! This is not high priority for me. I was just wondering about this. This would be a great feature tho.
