Auto Close - Not working properly
Dear All,
I have an issue with auto close issues. It closes tickets ok but doesn't show in the portal.
As a work around i create a batch file and task sequence to:
restart cache and do an iisreset
The above works and i have enabled logging but nothing appears?
Any direction as to a permanent fix would be helpful.

Sounds like the Cachbuilder is not syncing, can you email me a copy of the CB log file
