KNOWLEDGE articles search not working on new articles.
We just created a new knowledge article about Windows 10 that has thew word windows occurring ten times. If we do a search for the word windows, the portal does not return this article. It is returning other articles that have this word, but not our newest KB article.
We've messed around with keywords, popularity, draft versus published and can't get it to work.
Is there a search index that can be rebuilt or what are our triage steps to get this working as expected?

do you have multiple language in your portal?
Hmm, not sure if I know exactly what you mean.
In "User Settings" the only language that users can select is English.
Yes, that is what I mean :)
If you had more than English this setting could be the problem "KbSearchByUserLocale" if the language on your knowledge article was set to another language than english :)

Possibly rebuild the Full Text search?
