Dynamic Forms - Incident.js / fields are shown dependent on items selected
Dear All,
Would it be possible to have dynamic forms which work across multiple support groups.
We have an issue where some fields are required for some support groups and not others.
The issue means that say for example a required field for IT Service Desk would need to be set before transferring to another support group where this field is not needed.
It would be good if for example the form was dynamic in that when the support group is changed certain fields could drop off which would work in conjunction with groups and forms / incident.js.
This would similar to the way certain fields are present or not in advanced request offering.

You should be able to accomplish this already. If you go into Admin Setttings->Group Settings, you can define a custom form definition on a per group basis. The "Form Permission and Visibility" section of this KB article explains how to setup a custom form definition. Let me know if you have any more questions.

You can define different fields per form definition within a single form template(ie Incident.js).
Daniel is looking for this form layout to be based on a particular value eg Support Group not dependent on the logged in user. And to be dynamic so if the Support Group value changes, the form updates to show new fields.
