Two question, Sticky column settings in the portal and alternate location to send all the multi-map

Does anyone know of a way to may the column setting be sticky for users?


What is a good alternate location to description to send all the multi-mapping details? analysts only want to see the ticket description in there not EVERYTHING.

    @alex_kokin - The column settings are supposed to be saved between navigation. There's a bug that's causing them to not be saved currently. That will be fixed in the near future.


    A common approach that I've seen for "storing" output from the ROs in a field besides Description is extending the SR class with a new string field with a high max length like description. You could store the output in the new field and then just not expose it in the SR form. That would satisfy the requirement of outputting every prompt, but not clutter up the description.
