Dynamic Data error

I see the following errors in the dynamic data log. I have done all the reset and sync options in the troubleshooting tab. I have also restarted the platform service.
It is only IRs and SRs that is not syncing.

This is currently a bug in the Portal where any SQL query from the Platform that takes longer than 30 seconds will just timeout, this is because it is the default timer, but there is currently an open PR for this
Could you please log an IR so we can track this?

Those errors look familiar to me...what version of the portal/platform is this?

Current Portal Version: 9.9.5.2016
Management Pack Version: 7.7.2016.220
Platform Cache Version: 3009.9.5
Platform Version: 5.3.13
