Dear community,

I get quite a lot of entries in the web log and application event viewer in Windows about:

Weblog:

ERROR [ 97]: Transform of work item failed for class: Microsoft.SystemCenter.Orchestrator.RunbookAutomationActivity

Windows Application Event Viewer:

Transform of work item failed for class: Microsoft.SystemCenter.Orchestrator.RunbookAutomationActivity


For me there are two possibilities:

1) SCSM Management Server off Cireson Portal hasn't synced a MP correctly

2) its because of missing permissions for a specific SCSM user role on a runbook template

The issue appears as soon as a Request Offering is filled = ServiceRequest gets created, but the SR gets created anyway...


Does anybody of you already had that kind of behaviour?

    thank you for your fast reply!

    The PR is marked as resolved and I'm using 9.4.14, thats why I haven't seen it.

    I've checked the release notes and its fixed in 9.9.5.

    Can someone point me to the Known Issues page? Is this fixed in the Baseline lane yet?

    Above it says fixed in 9.9.5 but that is the Latest lane.
