Is there a good practise how to sync Knowledge articles between SCSM DB and Cireson DB

Hi,

we want to use the Cireson Knowledgebase, but some employees use the articles, create, delete and update them in the SCSM console. Is there a good way to sync both articles bases between Cireson and SCSM Backend?

To be honest if you solely want to use the Cireson Knowledge Base I would remove people's permission in the Console to created KB's, migrate them all to the Portal once, and then force people to create through the Portal. Will save a lot of time and effort in the meantime!

Cireson has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Cireson reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Cireson reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Cireson reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, rule, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Cireson’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Always use caution when giving out any information concerning your employer or customers, if any. Cireson does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Cireson specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
