Offerings not being shown on SSP
Hello Everyone :)
So I've been encountering this Issue where my published SO's/RO's are not showing up on the Portal
What I've done so far:
I've checked that->
-Request Offering is published and assigned to Service Offering
-Service Offering is published
-i have a catalogue Group containing my desired SO + RO
-i have assigned the catalogue Group to the desired user role
(here ist also worth stating that they dont Show up for scsm admins either, shouldnt they Always see all catalogue Groups?)
-user role is populated with the Right AD Group including the desired members
yet i cannot make These Offerings appear, neither to analysts nor to admins.
Any help is higly appreciated,
Cheers and have a nice day everyone :)

Could you try running the following command against your Service Management DB and then restarting the Cache Builder please?
TRUNCATE TABLE LastModified
Thanks,
Shane

Hi @Kevin_Terschlus
Have you restarted CacheBuilder to sync in the lastest from the ServiceCatalog?
Thanks,
Shane
Hi @Shane_White
I have restarted the entire Portal on IIS, the Cache Builder and the Platform Cache a couple of times to no avail yet
This Issue has come up since our penultimate Portal update and has not been fixed by the update towards 10.0
Thanks,
Kevin
