While implementing Cireson Portal for our branch offices we discovered great usage of Team request: local IT analyst are very happy to see all tickets created by users from their branch in one place.

It's a pity not to use AD groups and scopings prepared for TRs in some other ways.

What our business analysts miss right now is OOB report of tickets created by branch employees for given time. Not only active which could be seen in TR page but also inactive (completed/resolved, cancelled, failed, closed).
