Address/Subject information lost when using SEND EMAIL action in requests.

Currently we are losing the Address/Subject information lost when using SEND EMAIL action in requests.

I searched through the discussions and not finding anything on this topic.


Is this something that can be customized or added in? When collaborating on requests this information is needed. It would be nice if the information was in the ACTION LOG update and possibly attached as a related item.
