Change activity sequence in portal

I like the activity enhancements in 10.2, however, I realized now that I am unable to change the sequence order activities in the portal. This is a problem when I am editing a Release Record and wanting to plan the sequence of activities appropriately.

In addition, I am unable to dynamically create a new activity as the first activity in the process since the new activity button adds the activity after the activity where the button is clicked . Being able to change the sequence would address this issue as well.

My workaround is to use the SCSM console.
