New Teams-based features availability on v.10.3.2.2016
Hi everybody, I've just installed the mentioned version but I can't see the new two Teams-based features under admin settings.
Platform cache service seems to work as expected: browsing to https://<server>/platform/api returns json data.
So...Does anybody know what kind of problem can cause new features unavailabilty?

Hello Shane, I can see the following elements:
Hmm that is very interesting.. seems like the Teams component may not have installed! Could you re run the installer and see if this fixes the issue?
Otherwise please log a Support Ticket :-)
Yes, I can rerun the installer, because this is the test environment.
Anyway...We also upgraded the customer's production env yesterday evening and it looks like we have the same problem: for this env, I'll probabily open a ticket in the next hours...
Is there a way to exactly know if the component has not been installed? I mean: is this reported in the installation log file?

To be honest I haven't seen this not installed for anyone, so it would be a good idea to re run the installer and keep a copy of the log for the ticket.
