Reminder Notifications using Notify Analyst
Reminder Notifications work well, but it sends reminder to the analyst for all his/her open assigned tickets. It would be very useful to fine-tune these reminders based on Resolution deadlines so that analysts can adequately address the tickets needed.
Example - A low priority case with a 10 day resolution time - configure a reminder to be sent 1or 2 days prior to the 10 day target time-frame.

This very thing came up in our 'user group' meeting today. Our 'analysts' would like the ability to set a reminder 'themselves' of pending future work they can't forget.
