Groups not showing in Nav Settings

I know this is a stupid issue, but just installed the portal on a new server and no groups are listed under Navigation Settings --> Assigned AD Groups. Did a CB synch and App Pool refresh.🤔

    If you run this Query against the ServiceManagement DB are there any results:

    SELECT * FROM CI$DomainGroup
