Can email notifications go out to ticket assignee when a note is added to a ticket?
I haven't found a way to make an email notification go to the ticket owner when a new note is added to their ticket. I believe we turned on a notification before, but it was for all actions done to a ticket, not just for notes.
Is this even possible?
