I'm interested how do you and your analysts log time worked on particular tickets.

There's "Time Worked" section. Do you use it and add your records manually?

How do you report those times?

Or are you using some more sophisticated method/mechanism/tool for (automatic) time data collection? Thank you for sharing your hints and experiences.
