Voting directly from a review activity in a ticket

Is there any way to VOTE directly from a review activity in a ticket? when I open a ticket from the portal, there are no voting buttons in the Review Activity.

    Under the activities tab, under the RA, you can vote directly.

    Yes I know it should be in the RA on the Activity tab.

    I see Vote buttons in the Console but not when opening a Change ticket from the portal.

    I assume you have a change request review activity in your template since you see the RA under activities. You have assigned a reviewer to the RA either in the CR template or via a runbook to populate the reviewer and create the relationships to the CR? Also workflow RA notifications won't work without a description in the RA. I am going to guess that you just don't have a reviewer assigned so no approve/reject can be done.
