Knowledge Base Document Review Management

I would really like to see an ability to schedule review of kb articles. The review activity could be tied to the article owner and you could setup frequency for review, such as monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual.

The big thing I think this would help with is getting us to look at and review kb's and actually keep up with them. right now nobody is doing this so we have a ton of documents that are most likely out of date. Some of our staff don't even remember what documents they created so it makes it difficult to remember what to look up and review. With an automated review process like this, you take away the responsibility of remembering where and when from the analyst, and let them just react when they get a reminder to review.
