How to give standard users access to Work Items
Hi all
Looking for some help please.
At present, within Cireson, admins can see the options in first pic
But standard users only see Knowledge Base and Service Catalog:
Which setting do I need to change so they can see Work Items too?

@Gary_Bicknell - for users to see Work Items in the search, they would need to be analysts. Alternatively you could configure Global Search to expose work item classes to search for End Users.
