Can Service Manager 2016/2019 process external emails to incidents?
Hi Guys,
Can Service Manager 2016/2019 with exchange connector process emails coming from external addresses (EG:...@gmail.com) into incidents? I am aware that it can within it's domain, but not sure about this one.
We basically want to use SM with Exchange connector to process emails from our external clients into incidents that our analysts can work on.
