Assign to Support Group By Analyst
We already have a "Assign to Analyst By Support Group" task, this assumes that the person knows the name of the Support Group.
Could we also have a "Assign to Support Group By Analyst" task where when the Analyst is selected, the portal provides only the Support Group(s) that the analyst is a member of?
We have a lot of tickets that get Assigned To the correct analyst but the person doing the assigning does not know what Support Group they are a member of.
