Support Group and Assigned To Fields - Visibility to Customers

Second question in as many days, b/c this place is loaded with rock stars :)

We have a potential need to display the Support Group and Assigned To fields to customers when end users view their own requests. We are new to the Cireson portal so I'm wondering if anyone has done anything displaying these fields to non-analysts.

Thank you

    Hi @robert_fewins-kalb

The fields that appear on a Work Item form is controlled by template files that can be copied and edited in the CustomSpace folder. This is a fairly complicated topic so wouldn't it be good if someone made a video to walk through it all?........ Oh wait! :)

This video will help you get to understand how the templates work.

In your case you are looking to add (or copy) the fields from the Default section to the DefaultEndUser section to allow them to see those values. Remember to set the Enabled value to False so they can't edit them.

    Hope this helps.
