I am drawing a blank on this: does Analytics contain work item history now? Specifically looking for support group changes, assigned user, etc. Thanks!

    @Matt_Howard1 - As of 11.5 Analytics technically includes the history, but it's buried in the archived work items.

    @Justin_Workman , do you happen to have a SQL statement that can mine that archive history? We need to get at all the support tiers that an IR was assigned. Basically was the Tier that was Assigned at Resolved time the same as the first Assigned Tier (First Touch Metric). I couldn't get to it because the IR GUID is part of the JSON Path and I'm just a beginner with JSON.

    Justin was able to create a PowerShell script to pull the history, but not a SQL statement. Looks like we'd have to maybe run a scheduled script to pull history into another table.
