Unable to sign in to Support Bot

Hi all,

I figured I'd reach out to the community and see if anyone has experienced something similar before. Did a few searching but nothing came up.


Late last week, I set us up a Support Bot for Teams integration following this guide:


I followed the guide step by step, the Teams presence is working perfectly, and the bot seems to be working, but the problem I'm having is getting authenticated with the bot.

When I click "Please sign in", I get a web page that opens to this:


My Teams chat then errors out and the Bot asks me to sign in again. After a few attemps it looks like this:

Error translation: "We're sorry, we could not access the application. Please try again"


If I check the Authentication Token area in the portal, I can see that the tokens are getting created, but the access is failing. I haven't been able to find anything in any of the log files either.


Has anyone experienced something similar? Figured I'd ask the community before raising an incident.
