Team Request View Groups - Only limited number of AD Groups visible

I'm working with a customer who is looking at configuring Team views in the portal. When we go to Admin Settings and Team Request View Groups, select Add. We can only see a limited number of AD groups in the drop-down list. The AD groups have been synchronised and are in the CMDB. Is there a limit on the amount of Groups we can see? If so, where is this limit set?

    Hi Carrie, there are a lot of AD groups in the Service Manager database. These groups also appear in the ServiceManagement database. When we type a group, which should auto complete, nothing is displayed. Is it worth me raising a ticket for this?

    Yes I would raise an Incident in our support portal.
