Is there a role based method of removing available templates from the Change Request From Template navigation? Would prefer to have only 3 options available for CR's.

We actually have an Add-In being release ASAP for this. It will be available before the end of June - maybe sooner.
Would you be interested in a beta when available?

It will work fine in 11.8.2 but it will need to pull down a prerequisite package which ships with 12. If your server has Internet access it will do this itself on Add-In install. If not, we'll need to get that to you first to install.

Is there a minimum version required for it?
Thanks @Geoff_Ross. Would definitely be interested in a BETA version as well. It would be great to install in the Service Manager 2022 test environment. Is it compatible with 11.8.2?

We ended up just completing the release of this new add-in rather than sharing the beta. But before we announce, you have have a quick preview!

Thanks for the update. Will there be an add-on compatible with Baseline release 11.8.2 as well? Our production and test environment are on 11.8.2. Saw the version disclaimer in the preview announcement. Not sure how "risky" adding this add-on in 11.8.2 test would be. Thanks!

Excellent! Will install in the Test environment in the morning.
It appears that the installer requires a 1.0.2 version for install. Will await final release to test further. Here is the log snippet from the add-in install in our Test environment.

@Kris_Sorenson Looks like you are good. It needed version 1.0.0 which it didn't install because you already have 1.0.2
Does it show in Add-Ins?
@Geoff_Ross In the open floor last week you mentioned some new add ins being available on Monday ;) Will they be released soon? :)
