News is not displayed. The problem is in the language settings. If you switch the user interface to English, the news is displayed

Apparently the problem is on the Cireson API side. If English is passed in the announcement request to the API, then the corresponding entries are added to the result set:

But in the transmission of the Russian language, entries are not added:

There is clearly something on the side of the API itself. There is a possibility that when saving the news, the English locale is selected. Although in the SQL database in the table [ServiceManagementCireson].[dbo].[Announcement] there is no sign that the record belongs to any particular language.


We cannot change the logic of the API, because it is a private component.

Maybe someone met this problem.
