Issue in processing email by Exchange Connector after migration from Exchange 2013 to Exchange 2016
Hi, We recently migrated all our mailboxes from Exchange 2013 to Exchange 2016. and after migration we started facing below issue in our SCSM exchange connector.
Some of the mails sent to that mailbox not getting processed at all and are lying inside the inbox while some of them are taking too much time (4-5 hours) to process.
At the SCSM application side, we can see the below message in the event log:
Exchange Connector: Unable to process email for <mailbox email id>, message=The request failed, The remote server returned an error: (503) Server unavailable.
Could you please help us with troubleshooting this issue.
