Some of closed WorkItem not getting Archived

We have the Cireson portal version 11.8.2 installed and 'EnableCiresonAnalyticsArchive' setting Enabled.

But some of the closed workitems are not getting Archived. and its shows the "FAILED" message on the portal when searching for those workitems.

    @Manas_Gautam have you checked the Archive database if those entries really don't exist?

    We cannot open some archived incidents neither, also with the "FAILED" message. The incidents exist though, the problem is the parent incident. Some archived incidents, I don't know why, cannot be opened when they are declared as parent incidents. There is an incident open for that already.
