Export tickets with location for Report
Is there a way to export location info when exporting tickets?
I noticed in all views (team work, saved searches) there is no location column. Thus, when exporting to Excel, it does not capture location info.
Is there a way to do this so we can have a report of how many tickets came from x location?

Hi Sam,
How are you defining "location" on a WorkItem. There isn't really an OOB concept for this so if you have something its probably custom. You will therefore need a custom Team Work etc to see it and export it.

Location is defined via asset management. When creating a ticket, there is a prompt that queries locations based on the Locations list in SCSM.
If so where can I find direction on creating customs so we see a location column?
