Incident Status Update If Assigned
Dear All,
I would like to automatically update the incident status to assigned if the assigned to field is not blank.
I did this before by a workflow event using incident, however this seems to be not working now?
Is there any other way of doing this until I fix the above i.e. using service manager auth tool (forgive me I am not sure on how to do this)?
