Outlook add-in not working with Azure AD joined computers

Hello everyone,

We are starting to add all new computers through Azure AD instead of conventional AD. We noticed that the Outlook addin allows you to see your personal tickets but it doesn't show you the Team tickets. The error we see is 'Support Group membership cached is still being built, some items may not'

So, looks like we need a new version of the addin. Is Cireson working on it? Has anyone been able to overcome this error?
