Update Distribution List for New Tickets

Hi,

I recently joined the App Admin team that helps support the tickets we get in the portal. My two other coworkers in the same group get an email notification like this:

Change Submitted

New Change Request - CR99999 - has been submitted.

To view the details of the change request, please go to the IT Service Portal here.

I do not receive these emails and we are looking to update that. I have looked through all of the admin config but did not see a place to update the DL. My team is also unsure since it has been a long time since the group got a new member. Could someone point me in the right direction?Thanks!Brandon

    Hi @Brandon_Scott

    Have a look in SCSM —> Adminstration —> Notifications —> Subscriptions.
    Anything in there called "New Change Request Notification" or similar.

    Look at the recipients section of that. It will either have names listed and you can add yourself or a DL listed and you can add yourself to that DL.
