Update Distribution List for New Tickets
Hi,
I recently joined the App Admin team that helps support the tickets we get in the portal. My two other coworkers in the same group get an email notification like this:

Have a look in SCSM —> Adminstration —> Notifications —> Subscriptions.
Anything in there called "New Change Request Notification" or similar.
Look at the recipients section of that. It will either have names listed and you can add yourself or a DL listed and you can add yourself to that DL.
