Creating two new Support Groups
We have an enhancement request to create 2 Support groups in Service Manager as below:
1. IS Configuration Manager group: This should replace the existing support group of Asset Management.
Members of the group: Harpreet Kaur, Krystal Koen, Barb Joy, Walter Holyhrim, Francis Salas.
2. IS Purchasing group: This will be used to assign jobs for Purchasing.
Members of the group: Harpreet Kaur, Krystal Koen, Francis Salas.
Any workflows that automatically goes to these teams will need to be updated to reflect the new support groups as well.

You need to create new List items in the SCSM console.
