Missing Values in CiresonAnalytics
Recently we came across some incidents, which were missing the priority inside the Ciresonanalytics, although in the productive DB it is set. All of these tickets are still active, have been created several days ago and as our Analytics Jobs are running every 3 hours, should have this value set. As these are only tickets from this month, it might also be, that there are more incidents with missing values.
So my question is, is there a way to "reset" a watermark in the Analytics Db, as we can do it for the platform cache. If yes, it should also be assured, that no values from older tickets are deleted (as it is the case with extension attributes, when the workitem is deleted form the workitem table)
